About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for helping manage the sales, merchandising, and organization of the store. This position supports and follows the direction of the Store Manager to drive sales and manage expenses. The Assistant Store Manager ensures corporate programs and policies are executed to maximize superior customer service while upholding store standards. The role serves as a model for abiding by and holding others accountable for overall business practices.
