Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Audit and manage accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Support and coach Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Perform duties outside of the office, such as on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Work to meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships, referrals, and community events.
• Maintain office security, conduct opening and closing procedures, and manage vault and cash drawer.
• Conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently, meeting individual and team performance standards.
• Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Work a full-time schedule, including weekends.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).

Skills

• Management experience in retail, finance, or related industries.
• Experience in check cashing, document verification, and money order processing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
