Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists store manager in maintaining proper RTO and Pawn inventory levels.
- Reviews daily reports to ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Ensures that physical facilities comply with safety codes.
- Responsible for the overall appearance of the store including the display of RTO and Pawn sales floor.
- Affords and inspires employees to provide outstanding service to our customers.
- Assists store manager in protecting all company assets.
- Manages store fleet of vehicles.
- Works to reduce profitability losses due to theft, vandalism, or incorrect business procedures.
- Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
- Completes physical inventories each month as directed by the General Office.
- Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores and gathering information such as style, quality, and price.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a management position.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay
$18.50 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Saturday, rotating shifts to cover store hours.
