Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and staff.
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.
- Help with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Aid in the training and development of store employees.
- Support in scheduling and payroll management.
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
