KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage daily operations of the Makery in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead by example in all company operations including creating a guest-centric experience, meeting personal sales expectations, and creating quality products.
- Maintain a professional and impeccably clean Makery environment.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for Soap Makers.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Soap Makers’ daily performance.
- Manage and track stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
- Generate sales reports, maintain inventory and production, and assist with other Makery Manager functions.
- Accurate cash handling when opening and closing the Makery
QUALIFICATIONS
- College education is preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of Guest Service experience
- Experience supervising others and leading a team to achieve results
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items up to 50lbs.
- Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist, and stoop, kneel or crouch.
