Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of the store’s operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining a fun, family-like culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, physical stamina, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to high standards
• Lead by example to achieve top customer satisfaction
• Maintain a fun, family-friendly atmosphere
• Develop and coach team members
• Provide exceptional service to all customers
• Manage all shifts, interacting directly with guests and staff

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven management experience in food service or a related industry
• Physical stamina to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-time availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting up to 55 pounds
• Constant computer, point-of-sale register, and equipment usage
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
• Clear vision at near and far distances
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
