Job Summary
The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of the store’s operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining a fun, family-like culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, physical stamina, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to high standards

- Manage all shifts, interacting directly with guests and staff
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven management experience in food service or a related industry
- Physical stamina to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Full-time availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Constant standing and walking
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting up to 55 pounds
- Constant computer, point-of-sale register, and equipment usage
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine
- Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area
- Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
- Clear vision at near and far distances
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
