About the role

Our Zalando Outlet Stores are a key part of our offline strategy, offering a tangible Zalando experience as an online platform for fashion and lifestyle. We give unsold fashion a second chance in a modern shopping environment. As an Assistant Store Manager (all genders) in Münster, you will oversee your designated area and, in the absence of the Store Management, the entire store. You are responsible for the personal and professional development of up to 20 team members. As part of the Store Management Team, you contribute significantly to the store’s economic success and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with your team of up to 20 members to optimize inventory management and develop strategies to improve KPIs.
• Demonstrate your customer focus daily by viewing the store from the customer’s perspective and creating an ideal shopping atmosphere with your team.
• Take full responsibility for HR topics, including hiring, data-driven scheduling, training, and onboarding of new employees.
• Embody Zalando’s values through transparent, authentic, and employee-oriented leadership.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in retail and a completed commercial training.
• Experience in leading employees, including development, feedback discussions, scheduling, and vacation planning.
• Initiative, decisiveness, and strong organizational skills.
• Good analytical understanding and knowledge of relevant KPIs, including the ability to derive actionable measures.
