About the role
Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork, show integrity by following company guidelines, and hold associates and themselves accountable for meeting company goals while treating all staff with respect and fairness. They enjoy a varied and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that production goals are met by staff
- Creating a positive store environment for staff and customers
- Payroll/timekeeping
- Assisting in ensuring production goals and sales goals are met
- Closing store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports, and securing facility for the night
- Cash register/customer service
- Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations (Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds)
- Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Three or more years of retail experience
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Experience as a key holder (preferred)

Pay
$18.50 per hour
Schedule
Stores are open Monday–Saturday from 9:00 AM–8:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM onward.
