Assistant Store Leader - Guest Experience

About the role

The Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader at Stand Out For Good Inc., a fast-growing retail company, is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience in their store. This role requires a proven track record as a successful hospitality leader, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
• Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Holds self and the team accountable for achievement of P&L results and statistical standards
• Manages the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact your community and enhance people’s lives
• Provides timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests
• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with a high degree of knowledge in all aspects of leadership including financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee relations
• The ability to maintain a beautiful environment using a keen eye for detail, ensuring a pleasing experience and inviting atmosphere
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to meaningful causes
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to react instinctively to implementing revenue-driven ideas and opportunities
• A well-groomed and stylish appearance is essential, reflecting both personal pride and a commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience
• Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week including holidays, nights, and weekends
• One year of retail or hospitality management experience
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
