About The Job
Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Director to support the leadership of our Men’s South Coast Plaza location. This role partners closely with the Store Director to drive commercial performance, elevate the client experience, and develop high-performing teams in alignment with the Maison’s standards of excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Support the achievement of store objectives through strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a client-centric mindset.
Team Leadership & Development: Support the recruitment, coaching, and development of a high-performing men’s store team, providing regular feedback and contributing to individual development plans.
Client & Business Development: Drive client engagement, retention, and repurchase through elevated selling, clienteling, and relationship-building strategies within the men’s business.
Selling & Floor Leadership: Role model exceptional selling behaviors and lead the sales floor to ensure strong performance, engagement, and execution.
Operational Excellence: Support oversight of store operations, processes, and standards while partnering with the Store Director on business performance and budget management.
Profile
You act as a role model for the business by demonstrating strong sales leadership, a passion for people development, and a deep commitment to the client experience. You thrive on the sales floor, building your own client portfolio while driving cross-selling and repurchase through effective floor leadership. You are energized by developing talent and supporting career growth, contributing to recruitment, training, and engagement initiatives.
Experience in a premium or luxury retail environment is preferred, with a strong affinity for men’s product, service excellence, and team leadership.
