About the role

The Assistant Stewarding Manager will assist in supervising day-to-day operations of the stewarding department. This position is responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas as well as managing, scheduling, and coaching stewards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

Salary range: $64,400 - $96,600.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with potential for weekends and holidays.
