About the role
Assist in daily station operations, supervise staff in the absence of the Station Manager, and ensure safety, security, and customer service standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide work direction, coaching, and motivation to team members during shifts.
- Support safety protocols, handle incidents professionally, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Manage store activities including inventory, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform customer service duties, operate transactional equipment, and maintain cleanliness and food service equipment.
- Assist with administrative tasks and communicate station issues to management.
- Support staff in wage & hour compliance and promote core values of safety, diversity, and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with previous retail, food service, or fuel experience.
- Ability to operate cash registers, computers, and safety equipment.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age requirements vary by location.
- Availability for varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical & Other Requirements
Continuous standing, lifting up to 10 lbs regularly, occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs, and exposure to outdoor conditions and cleaning chemicals.
Benefits
