The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
• Conduct research on social, economic, and sectoral employment and hiring trends.
• Facilitate payroll and tax services for customers.
• Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements.
• Prevent fraud and potentially illegal activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with web development and database management.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of data security protocols and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
