Assistant Special Events Manager

Casa Pacifica · Camarillo, CA · 1 mo ago
Management$23.5–$36/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About Casa Pacifica" description, then "Summary", then "Duties And Responsibilities", then "Volunteer, Sponsor & Vendor Support", then "Marketing, Communication & Administration", then "Community & Mission Engagement", then "Qualifications", then "Other Skills And Abilities", then "Physical Demands", then "Work Environment", then "What We Offer". Also we have wage band and schedule info: "Wage band range $23.50-$36.00 hourly; however, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity." That's pay info. Also "Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm." So we need Pay and Schedule sections. Also Benefits: "What We Offer" includes benefits description but truncated: "Comprehensive Benefits package,401k auto enrollment at 3% with up to 5% f". It's cut off; but we have some benefits info. We should include Benefits section with that text (maybe truncated but we keep as is). We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The wage band is specific numbers, so we can include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule section with that sentence. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which content is list vs prose. The duties are many sentences; could be formatted as

    • each duty bullet. The posting has headings like "Duties And Responsibilities" with subheadings: "Event Coordination & Execution", "Volunteer, Sponsor & Vendor Support", "Marketing, Communication & Administration", "Community & Mission Engagement". Under each there are sentences. We could treat each sentence as a list item. Or we could keep prose under each subheading. The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert duties into list items. Similarly qualifications list. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details. We'll create sections: About Casa Pacifica? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't list "About Casa Pacifica" but we could use "About the role" maybe not appropriate. However we have an "About Casa Pacifica" paragraph describing the organization. Could be considered "About the role"? But better to keep as a section maybe "About Casa Pacifica". The instruction says use those examples but not limited; we can use any heading as long as it's

. We'll include headings: About Casa Pacifica, Summary, Responsibilities (maybe combine duties), Qualifications, Skills (Other Skills And Abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also Physical Demands and Work Environment maybe as sections? Not in examples but could be included if substantive. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might combine Physical Demands and Work Environment into a "Working Conditions" section. But we need to preserve all info; we could include them as subsections under a heading like "Working Conditions". However we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Physical Demands and Work Environment as separate sections if they have content. They do. But we might combine to avoid many thin sections. However they are substantive; we could combine into "Working Conditions" with two subheadings? But we cannot use

maybe not allowed? Not specified. Safer to keep them as separate sections but that may be many sections. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Physical Demands and Work Environment into one section "Working Conditions". We'll include both paragraphs under that. Similarly "Other Skills And Abilities" could be merged into Skills section. We'll produce:

        About Casa Pacifica

        ... (the paragraph)

        Summary

        ... (summary paragraph)
