Job Description
The Assistant Softball Coach will assist in the development and implementation of the team's softball program. Duties include:
- Assist in recruiting and evaluating potential players
- Work with the Head Coach to develop game plans and strategies
- Manage team practices and games
- Attend all team meetings and training sessions
- Communicate with parents and players regarding team activities and expectations
About the Role
This position is part-time and will work under the supervision of the Athletic Director.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field is required. Experience coaching high school or college softball is preferred.
