Responsibilities
- Aid in the daily operation of the softball program.
- Assist with practice execution and provide on-field instruction.
- Show ability to consistently throw quality batting practice.
- Manage video operations, including filming practices and games, operating game-day camera equipment, and organizing film through Synergy Sports.
- Recruit prospective student-athletes in accordance with NCAA regulations.
- Coordinate team travel.
- Supervise student managers and assist with game-day operations.
- Support camps, clinics, fundraising initiatives, alumni engagement, community outreach, and social media efforts.
- Maintain compliance with all NCAA, conference, and University policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Women's Softball Coach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Successful collegiate coaching and/or collegiate playing experience desired.
Pay
$7,000 Salary, 12-month contract
