Responsibilities
- Lead and run shifts to ensure high‑quality washes and outstanding customer service.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
- Support daily operations and execute all Assistant Manager responsibilities efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines.
- Stay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growth.
- Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Schedule
