Assistant Site Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Aids in interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Sets clear expectations by outlining tasks, goals, and deadlines for team members.
• Regularly checks in on progress and provides constructive feedback.
• Encourages collaboration, recognizes achievements, and addresses any conflicts promptly.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Affords support to the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site.
• Ensures that the site runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assists in managing the site's financial targets and ensures they are met.
• Supervises and trains employees to ensure they are working to their full potential.
• Affords assistance in maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers.

Job Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
