Assistant Site Manager

About the role

To assist the Sector site manager with the day to day operational responsibility for a range of Soft FM services covering hospital sites and community premises within one of the 4 sectors associated with NTW NHSFT (The Trust).

These Soft FM services may include the following departments: Soft FM; Catering, Cafes, Domestic Services, Laundry & linen, Portering, transport, security, Waste, switchboard, receptions, store.

Responsibilities

Managing and co-ordinating all aspects of an effective operational Facilities team who are responsible for duties, including cleaning of wards and general areas; regenerating food for our patients; collection of clinical and non-clinical waste, Portering, Catering, Cafes, Laundry & linen, transport, security, switchboard, receptions and store services.
