Assistant Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
• Deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience.
• Train on product knowledge.
• Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site.
• Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations.
• Step in and lead the site in the Manager’s absence.
• Identify issues quickly and take action.
• Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.).
• Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards.
• Able to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
• Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.
• Team player.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, operate car wash equipment as needed.

Pay

$17.00 – $20.00/hour + commission

Schedule

Variety of hours/days as business dictates

Sign-on Bonus

$750 Sign-On Bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment
