Responsibilities

  • Foster a fun environment
  • Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
  • Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
  • Aid in supervising slot operations and monitoring related services
  • Coach personnel in proper behavior and performance of duties
  • Aid in maintaining work schedules for assigned personnel
  • Maintain guest recognition and development as a primary duty
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and integrity in the slot department
  • Maintain and inspire highly trained and motivated team members
  • Administer and adhere to all gaming rules and regulations
  • Investigate variances, bill validator, and ticket in/ticket out claims
  • Approve and witness jackpot payoffs

Requirements

  • Willing and able to work a consistent overnight shift
  • Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
  • Two years of supervision or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
  • Empower employees to use their creativity to retain and attract new guests
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including: ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. $58,000 per year, with opportunity for additional certification (additional 10 percent increase)
