Friendship Automotive is an award-winning, customer-focused automotive group with locations in four states and opportunities for growth. We’re looking for Service Advisors to join our team at Friendship Hyundai of Beckley.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers
• Verify invoices and repair orders

Pay

Compensation for this position is driven by incentives and commission, with training compensation based on experience.
