Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs of the community.
• Respond to service requests, collaborate with teammates, and prioritize tasks to build resident satisfaction.
• Monitor apartment vacancies daily and initiate the turnover process, including painting, cleaning, and repairing.
• Perform preventive maintenance to safeguard equipment and minimize costly repairs.
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
• Act as a creative problem solver, managing time effectively and learning quickly.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification required (company will cover cost if not already obtained).
