About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of repairs, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and appliance maintenance.
- Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
- Ensure the property looks its best by completing painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies with confidence and efficiency.
- Work a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
- Work with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan for larger projects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs (certifications are a plus).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Comfortable using work order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
- Problem-solving mindset, great attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Friendly and professional approach to working with residents and team members.
