Assistant Service Manager

Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as an Assistant Service Manager where you will support Service Management in maintaining dealership standards and overseeing the service department.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, all while upholding safety and environmental standards
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation
• Schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements

Qualifications

• 1 + years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.)
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
