Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer needs
- Maintain steady workflow and track vehicle service timelines
- Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Automotive or transportation industry background preferred
- Previous Service Advisor or Service Management experience a plus
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and scheduling systems
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Positive, teachable attitude with problem-solving ability

Pay
$50,000+ base salary plus commission
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm for 1 week training in Knoxville, TN then 3 weeks training in Nashville, TN after training is completed schedule will be alternating Monday - Friday / Tuesday - Saturday.
