About the role
Bay Ridge Auto Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Director to help oversee one of the largest and busiest service operations in the New York City market. This is an opportunity for a strong fixed operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to grow within a large dealership group.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily fixed operations.
- Support and develop service advisors and management staff.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Help improve shop productivity and workflow.
- Maintain strong communication between service, parts, and sales departments.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively.
Requirements
- Automatic: Automotive service management experience.
- Honda experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead in a high-volume environment.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- R&Rs experience is a plus.
- Team-first mentality with strong communication skills.
