Assistant Service Center Manager (Bilingual)

Role: Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) responsible for supporting daily operations and team leadership at a vehicle service center. Key Duties Lead and develop a high-performance team that delivers exceptional service experience.Assist in managing service operations, including oil changes and vehicle maintenance.Train, supervise, and mentor hourly staff to optimize their growth.Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment adhering to safety and environmental policies.Support inventory management, labor, and financial performance.Deliver excellent customer service, building trust and loyalty. Qualifications & Skills Minimum six months of supervisory experience, preferably in retail.Knowledge of safety, cash handling, and facility controls.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.Full mobility to twist, stoop, and bend.High school diploma or equivalent; English fluency required, bilingual in Spanish preferred.
