Assistant Service Advisor Team 2

About the role

National Indoor RV Centers Service Advisor Assistant NIRVC has a developmental position that will require both on-the-job training and online training.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers, in person, over the phone and by email
• Maintain composure and professionalism in a high tempo environment
• Handle customer inquiries related to warranty, extended warranty, and insurance claims processes
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in System 2K or other Repair Order Systems

Requirements

• Able to communicate clearly with customers
• Background in customer service with experience in RV and/or Automotive repair is preferred
• Knowledge of Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Insurance claims processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with System 2K or other Repair Order Systems is a plus
• Pass a drug test
• Likely to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen

Qualifications

• Must be legally able to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Skills

• Customer service skills
• Warranty and insurance claim handling
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• System 2K or similar repair order systems experience
