Assistant Selling Manager

Join 1915 South, a team that owns and operates 30 Ashley stores and 3 distribution centers across the southeast, including locations in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Virginia. As an Assistant Selling Manager, you will actively sell while providing floor leadership in the absence of a manager. Compensation is driven by individual sales performance, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Floor Execution (including Ups Management)
• Customer Experience & Guest Support
• Inventory Management, Promotion Control, & Cash Handling
• Facilities & Building Oversight
• Culture Management & Communication (including Huddle Leadership)
• Store Operations & Standards
• Training & Performance Management
• KPI Reporting & Management Meetings
• Bedding Finance/Protection Finance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred)
• 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role (preferred)

Physical and Work Environment

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Occasional lifting
• Retail sales floor environment

Schedule

Weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required.
