Assistant Security Account Manager – Allied Universal – Portland, Oregon

About the Role

This full-time leadership role supports the Account Manager with day-to-day security operations, employee supervision, training, incident response, reporting, and client service.

What You'll Do

• Assign and direct Security Professionals
• Coach and train employees
• Maintain post orders and training materials
• Oversee reports and pass-downs
• Support command-center or other site security functions when applicable
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Maintain strong client relationships

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of professional-level experience
• Prior security-industry, law-enforcement, and/or military experience
• Valid state Guard License, or ability to obtain one before employment
• Strong communication, customer-service, training, coaching, and de-escalation skills
• Ability to work outside the normal schedule as needed and remain accessible for emergency response

Preferred Qualifications

• College education or business classes
• Experience with scheduling, operations, or other security-industry functions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email
