Folk Design Group is a group of passionate stylists with 23 Great Clips locations across four states. Responsibilities

• Operate 23 Great Clips salons, fostering a positive salon environment and teamwork.
• Build a loyal following of Great Clips clients through exceptional service and styling.
• Participate in paid professional development and leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• A licensed Stylist with a cosmetology and/or barber license.
• A team player who maintains a positive salon vibe.
• A stylist ready to grow their client base and career.

Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Excellent hair cutting and styling skills.
• Knowledge of color theory and application.
• Customer service orientation.
• Time management and organization skills.
