Folk Design Group is a group of passionate stylists with 23 Great Clips locations across four states. Responsibilities

• Operate 23 Great Clips salons
• Build a loyal following of Great Clips clients
• Keep the salon vibe positive
• Be a rockstar with a cosmetology and/or barber license
• Enjoy a network of peers and HR and Operations team assistance
• Have the opportunity to advance to salon management positions
• Receive up to $500 as a sign-on bonus

Requirements

• Licensed Stylist with cosmetology and/or barber license
• Ready to build a loyal following of Great Clips clients
• Positive salon environment and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Experience in the industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

John and Carolyn Folk operate 24 salons in 4 states (PA, NJ, DE, MD). They are high school sweethearts, married 30+ years, raised 3 girls in suburban Philadelphia, and have been in the Great Clips business since 2003. They are stable, established business operators and proud that many employees have been with them 10+ years.
