Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth, confidence, and effortless chic, making them feel like they're walking the purple carpet
• Drive membership sales by matching client needs to our glam service tiers and perks
• Master salon scheduling with elegance and efficiency, ensuring smooth bookings
• Elevate the guest experience by remembering preferences and delivering VIP vibes
• Coach and mentor front desk staff with a positive attitude and polished professionalism
• Follow up immediately on all leads via phone
• Align with salon leadership to roll out promos, events, and exclusive member experiences
• Curate the front desk aesthetic, from candles to playlists, to keep the glam flowing

Requirements

• 2+ years leading a front desk in luxury beauty or wellness
• Proven experience as a membership or retail sales wizard with trackable results
• Excellent verbal charisma and multitasking grace under pressure
• Experience with salon software like MindBody preferred
• Aesthetic-driven mindset—you care how things look, feel, and function
• Prior management experience required

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
