We're one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $33.16/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr.

Responsibilities

• Support daily salon operations
• Motivate and support a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair
• Help keep the salon running smoothly
• Take on leadership responsibilities while staying behind the chair

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• Team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization and flexibility
• Interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
