Pay

Guaranteed competitive base wage plus up to 25% product sales commissions. Our successful stylists make up to $25-$35 per hour in total compensation.

• Deliver great haircuts and customer service
• Support daily salon operations and help keep the salon running smoothly
• Encourage and motivate a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology and/or barber license (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the ability to help manage salon operations
• An interest in growing your leadership skills
