Pay

$28-$48/hr, plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salon manager with day-to-day salon duties
• Support and motivate a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair
• Help keep the salon running smoothly with organization and flexibility
• Deliver great haircuts and customer service

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude

• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
