Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Managers in the day-to-day management of key retail accounts
- Oversee post-purchase order execution to ensure projects remain on schedule and customer expectations are met
- Serve as a point of contact for customer communication related to product updates, timelines, approvals, and issue resolution
- Attend and contribute to customer-facing meetings, product kickoff meetings, and internal strategy discussions
- Cross-functionally with Purchasing, Product Development, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects
- Manage and track pre-production samples, approvals, and customer-driven product revisions
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, buyers, and internal stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-through
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, account management, retail sales, retail buying, merchandising, product development, consumer goods experience, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable participating in customer-facing meetings and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with major retail accounts
- Experience managing product timelines, forecasting, or reporting
- Background in consumer products, toy, gift, or retail industries
- Familiarity with cross-functional product development processes
