Responsibilities

• Supports studio operations and profitability
• Assists with the ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Achieves top-tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance
• Attends all directed monthly meetings and listens to Corporate Webinars
• Ensures necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while staying within budget
• Hosts weekly staff meetings and 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
• Plans and promotes special events for the studio monthly
• Ensures the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound
• Coaches as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry

Compensation

$34,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
