Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek)
About the role
Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative. Responsibilities include providing route service to a set customer base, through the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies and other ancillary products. Daily duties involve lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, as well as occasionally driving a company-owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Provide route service to a set customer base
- Pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products (floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, ancillary products)
- Lift, carry, and walk clean products into customer accounts and soiled products out
- Occasionally drive a company-owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day
Requirements
- Active driver's license
- At least 21 years of age
- DOT medical certification
- Documentation of previous employment
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivation and drive to work in a team‑oriented environment
- Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.29 and $23.63 per hour.
Schedule
The vast majority of Assistant Route Service Sales Representatives work 4 days per week with no weekends. The position is full‑time on the 1st shift.
