Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) - $20.00/Hour

About the Role

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide route service to a set customer base. This includes the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products.

Daily duties involve lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, as well as occasionally driving a company-owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a designated customer base
• Pick up and deliver uniforms and facility services products
• Lift, carry, and transport clean and soiled products at customer locations
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to multiple customer stops daily

Requirements

• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including:
  • Active driver’s license
  • At least 21 years of age
  • DOT medical certification (obtained prior to first day of employment)
  • Provide previous employment documentation
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a team-based environment
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
