This position performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. The main role of this position is to assist the Driver by lifting the bags of salt and bottles of water, and delivering them to the proper location at the customer's home or business. Additionally, Assistant Route Drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers. Responsibilities Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely mannerPrepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoicesHandle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of serviceFollow all safety protocols and company regulationsConsistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipmentEnd-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps Qualifications Ability to use a mobile device or tabletDetail-oriented, highly organized Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationshipsExcellent communication skills with customers and teammatesClean and professional appearanceAble to regularly lift 50 lbs About Culligan As the world’s leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
