Your Responsibilities
- Create client exposure data models
- Absorb and track client data
- Create processes and procedures for clients
- Identify potential risk hazards for clients
- Ensure accuracy of Client Profile Information
- Collaborate with and support internal account teams
- Manage and file all client/cARRIER/internal correspondence
- Provide placement support to ORM
- Aid in claims reporting and subsequent tracking
- Support clients through the claims and remediation process
- Coordinate endorsement process and delivery with account team
- Track billing and delivery of client invoices
- Oversee allocation process
- Lead and manage projects / project changes
- Track project deliverables to meet set deadlines
- Maintain coordination with clients and ORM
- Contribute positively to customer satisfaction
- Strive to improve service to the customer
- Comply with Lockton's policies and procedures
- Attend education workshops and carrier functions
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in the insurance industry
- ARM certification or equivalent Risk Management certification or degree
- General understanding of basic commercial property and casualty coverages
- Company or agency experience in commercial insurance services
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- High aptitude for accuracy in mathematical calculations
- Strong attention to detail required
- Understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations
- Readiness to expand knowledge and effectiveness in the insurance industry
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
