Duties
- Supports all Clubhouse management staff in providing high-quality service.
- Updates dining room staff on daily changes and upcoming functions.
- Supervises food outlets and stations, ensuring employees are present and performing duties according to standards.
- Controls payroll and expenses to meet budget goals.
- Serves as a liaison between departments and Food and Beverage staff.
- Trains service staff and ensures facilities are clean and maintained.
- Attends weekly Food and Beverage meetings as an alternative to the Restaurant Manager.
- Conducts banking for the Clubhouse operation as needed.
- Absorbs responsibilities for banquet functions.
- Works flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent education.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Experience in a supervisory role in a food and beverage operation.
- Two years of progressive experience in a supervisory position.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
