Responsibilities

• Manage All Food and Customer Service Activities
• Lead and Develop Team
• Maintain Systems and Processes
• Maintain Merchandising and Displays
• Handle Office Management Tasks
• Forecasting and Budgeting
• Solve Problems

Requirements

• Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in restaurants in a management/supervisory capacity with 1 year of bar management experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.

Qualifications

Pay

$55,000 - $60,000 / year + bonus
