Assistant Resident Care Director (RN or LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate, values-driven leader for the role of Assistant Resident Care Director (Assistant Wellness Director) RN or LPN. This full-time position on the Day shift offers an excellent opportunity for growth within our assisted living community.

Responsibilities
- Support the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of CNAs and HHAs.
- Contribute to resident assessments, care planning, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and foster a culture of safety, service, and respect.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of MA.
- Experience working in Assisted Living preferred.
- Experience with in-servicing and supervising staff.
- Good computer skills and effective communication abilities.
- Experience in an Assisted Living Community is a plus.
- Strong passion for working with seniors.

Pay
$85,000–$95,000 per year.
