Responsibilities Assist the Resident Care Director in managing daily operations of the resident care department.Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual resident needs.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to resident care.Collaborate with nursing staff, healthcare providers, and families to promote resident well-being.Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing education initiatives.Monitor and maintain accurate resident care documentation and records.Assist in managing budgets and resources for the care department.Respond promptly to resident and family concerns or complaints.
