Assistant Residence Manager

About the role

Our ARMs work as the lead on shifts with our DSPs. They help new DSPs learn on the job. They plan outings with the people living at the home. Food shopping and managing each person's personal accounts are also a responsibility in this role. Our ARMs are in the on-call rotation. They assist with staffing and float to other homes as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• A high school diploma or GED
• One year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability, preferably in OPW services

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with a developmental disability (preferably in OPW services)

Pay

Starting payrate is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
