About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance museum visitor experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective operation of AAM programs and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of AAM's strategic plan.
- Support the organization's efforts in fundraising and grant writing.
- Oversee the management of AAM's digital presence, including social media and website updates.
Requirements
- A degree in museum studies, history, communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a museum setting or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web design tools.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
