Assistant Registrar

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Registrar and reports to the Dean of Advising.
• Led all aspects of standardized testing.
• Manages all student records, including academic databases and platforms.
• Communicates on behalf of the office to internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least three years of general office work experience and progressive levels of responsibility.
• High-level proficiency with database input and custom report generation.
• High competency with Excel, Word, and related software.
• Excellent data entry skills and experience with Cialfo, Veracross, Schoology, and Survey Monkey.
• The ability to take charge of work and create new initiatives as appropriate.
• Routine exhibit good critical thinking, sound judgment, effective problem-solving and prudent decision-making.
• Plan and maintain work to meet short- and long-range goals.
• Writing and editing effectively and communicating the written and spoken word with tact, diplomacy, and authority when necessary.
• This position entails having access to highly confidential information.
• Must be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
