Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Registrar and reports to the Dean of Advising.
- Led all aspects of standardized testing.
- Manages all student records, including academic databases and platforms.
- Communicates on behalf of the office to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least three years of general office work experience and progressive levels of responsibility.
- High-level proficiency with database input and custom report generation.
- High competency with Excel, Word, and related software.
- Excellent data entry skills and experience with Cialfo, Veracross, Schoology, and Survey Monkey.
- The ability to take charge of work and create new initiatives as appropriate.
- Routine exhibit good critical thinking, sound judgment, effective problem-solving and prudent decision-making.
- Plan and maintain work to meet short- and long-range goals.
- Writing and editing effectively and communicating the written and spoken word with tact, diplomacy, and authority when necessary.
- This position entails having access to highly confidential information.
- Must be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
